The largest gastronomy congress offers presentations and cooking shows on different themes on up to seven stages at the same time, completing a programme that is unparalleled in the history of the congress.

“We have grown to carry on in the same way”, remarked the chairman of Vocento’s gastronomy division, Benjamín Lana, in the presentation that took place yesterday. He was referring to the change in location of Reale Seguros Madrid Fusión, which left the Palacio de Congresos de Madrid (Madrid Conference Centre) for Hall 14 of the Ifema Convention Centre, in response to the demand from participants and for exhibition space it had received.
