A year after closing his original premises in Copenhagen, Noma 2.0 reopened in 2018 to pick up the leadership of Scandinavian cuisine where it left off, but it does so in a new space and with fresh ideas: the new premises are made up of 11 buildings, has a 2,100 m² garden, three greenhouses, and an old 7,500 m² mine warehouse that is now used as a storehouse. He is a legend and a symbol of avant-garde European cooking.
