Although he trained as a bartender in the United Kingdom, first in Kent and then in London, he lives and works in Budapest. After learning much of what he knows from John Gakuru, in 2015 he returned to Budapest and found himself in a cocktail desert. Not long after, he began to operate under the Brand Boutique Bar, Budapest at important events and set up his own mixology school called LAB (London Academy of Bartenders). His work philosophy is based on understanding ingredients in addition to learning recipes by heart. He is, today, one of Europe’s best mixologists.
