ANGLERFISH AND BIG-EYE TUNA COCKTAIL

INGREDIENTS (to serve 4)

150 gr anglerfish, cooked

150 gr big-eye tuna, cooked

57 gr octopus, cooked

30 gr mussels, cooked

65 gr tomato

65 gr avocado

43 gr pawpaw

57 gr mango

Dressing:

75 gr oil

4 gr salt

15 gr lemon juice

20 coriander leaves

PREPARATION

Trim the anglerfish and tuna and cut into 1 cm dice. Also cut the octopus and mussels into 1 cm dice.

Cut the tomato, avocado, pawpaw and mango into 0.7 cm dice.

Mix all the ingredients for the dressing.

Serve all the diced ingredients with the dressing in a large Martini glass.
