CHAMPAGNE GRAPES

INGREDIENTS
1 bunch of red seedless grapes
Equipment:
1 – 2 gallon beer fermenter
1 cylinder of food grade carbon dioxide
1 gas regulator
PREPARATION
Place grapes into fermenter and pressurize gas into it at 70psi (ponds per square inch). Allow to sit and carbonate for a minimum of 2 hours.
TO SERVE
Decompress and serve fizzy grapes immediately.
