CHAR-GRILLED T-BONE STEAK WITH POTATO AND PEPPER

INGREDIENTS (serves 2)

1,5 Kg. T-Bone steak (3-4 cm. thick)
1 medium-sized potato
6 peppers
Sea salt
Maldon salt
Oil
Charcoal

PREPARATION

T-bone steak
Warm the steak to between 25º and 28ºC. Season with sea salt and grill over red-hot coals for approximately 2 minutes on each side.

Move the steak to where the heat is lower and place at a higher position to heat up the inside. Leave at this level for approximately 8 minutes, turning several times. Remove the sea salt from the steak and slice, seasoning the inside with Maldon salt.

Potato and peppers
Char-grill the potato and peppers and place on a perforated pan, spraying with oil.
