100 gr. Goma (Japanese sesame)
100 gr. kudzu (powdered arrowroot; devil's tongue)
100 gr. Japanese sake (alcoholic beverage-brand: Shinsei)
1.200 gr. Dashi (soup) / seaweed broth (kelp soup)
Goma (sesame) in water for a day. Grind it until they turn into paste. Mix Kudzu and goma paste; pour it in a pan and add Japanese sake; cook it on high heat and stir it. Pour it into a can and take the heat from it.
