MARBREAU CHOCOLAT

INGREDIENTS (for 10 pax) 

150g cooking chocolate
150 g unsalted butter
3 eggs
120g sugar
120g sifted flour
5g cake yeast
pm whipped cream
sugar to sweeten

PREPARATION

Melt the chocolate with the butter in a double saucepan (bain marie). Add the eggs, the sugar, the flour and the yeast, mixing together gently. Bake the chocolate marble cake in a 12 cm circular cake pan for 8 minutes at 180°C. (individual portion – or a large circular cake pan for a single marble cake with the same cooking time).

Icing and decoration
Whip the cream and add a little sugar to sweeten it. Spread the cream around the bottom of the plate and arrange the marble cake on top.
