PHILOPIZZA WITH ANCHOVIES
INGREDIENTS
1 sheet of philo dough
25gr. of oregano olive oil
150 gr. of parmesan cheese
1 can of anchovies
PREPARATION
Spread the philo dough with the oregano olive oil, fold the dough over itself several times, cut into strips 0'5 cm in width and 15 cm long. Place each strip 5cm apart on sulphurized paper, paint the philo dough strips with anchovy purée and finally coat them with grated parmesan cheese. Bake at 160ºC for 6 min.
TO SERVE
Place each one of the philopizzas on test tubes and serve.
