RICE WITH CARROTS

INGREDIENTS

180 gr rice

180 cc bonito dashi (dehydrated bonito stock)

10 cc soy sauce

5 gr butter

Carrots of various colours 

PREPARATION

Wash and drain the rice. Cut the carrots into pieces. Place the rice, carrots, bonito dashi and soy sauce in an earthenware dish. Bring to the boil, then lower the heat and simmer for 9 minutes. When the rice is cooked, leave to stand for 10 minutes. Add butter to the dish.
