TEMPURA OF EGG YOLK WITH CLAIR SHEET
INGREDIENTS
1 Clair sheet (agar agar paper)
Ingredients A
1 egg yolk
3 gr powdered cheese
1 pinch black pepper
1 pinch salt
Flour for tempura
Oil for frying
PREPARATION:
Moisten the Clair sheet with a spray. Wrap all the ingredients A inside the sheet and coat with tempura flour. Fry in hot oil then drain.
