TENPUCCINO

A new twist to the classic cappuccino combining the flowery notes of gin with the warm citrus flavour of bergamot syrup and resulting in an elegant, welcoming cocktail that is ideal for a party.

INGREDIENTS.
45 ml Tanqueray No. Ten gin
15 ml Amer Picon
20 ml home-made bergamot syrup
2 touches of citrus and camomile bitter
1 egg white
15 ml soda to fill

PREPARATION:
Shake all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake again.
Pour into a coffee cup and add soda to form foam.

TO SERVE:

Finish with a twist of home-grown green lemon and some powdered, toasted bergamot. Serve in a coffee cup.
