VIRGIN NEGRONI COCKTAIL

INGREDIENTS:

Cocktail:
One cinnamon stick
Whole cardamom 
3 orange peels
1 lemon peel
6 drops of hand-made "Double Juniper" bitter
6 cl white grape juice
3 cl "Bitter" syrup

Decoration: 
2
slices grapefruit

PREPARATION: Place the cinnamon, cardamom and orange and
lemon peels in the Boston cocktail shaker and crush with a pestle. Add the bitter, grape juice and syrup and shake for 15 seconds. Strain through a fine strainer and serve in a broad, low glass with plenty of ice.

TO SERVE: Decorate with two slices of grapefruit and add
a twist of orange to give perfume.
